Trans Guyana Airways has at least three scheduled flights to Lethem every day. The departure times are 07:30 hrs, 11:15 hrs and 15:00 hrs. The cost per person for a return flight is $84,400. The estimated flight time is one hour.
It is advisable to book your flight in advance, as these flights are relatively small and often require coordination with local airlines.
Charters can also be facilitated by the airline.

A more affordable option is to either drive your vehicle through the trail or utilize Greaves Bus Service. The road from Georgetown to Lethem is about 600 km (373 miles) and can be challenging. It is best navigated with a 4×4 vehicle, as many sections are unpaved or muddy. The journey takes approximately 13 hours and it costs $29,000 per person return.
